We can help with: your OnlyFrench account, billing and refunds, technical problems with practice tests, and factual corrections to our guides — corrections are welcome and we act on them.

We cannot help with: booking or rescheduling an official exam, official score reports or re-marks, or immigration advice. OnlyFrench is an independent practice platform and is not affiliated with any exam owner. For exam bookings and official results, contact your test centre or the exam owner directly; for immigration questions, consult IRCC or a licensed representative.
